GO Hydro + Caffeine is designed to ensure you are effectively hydrated to produce your best performance. As an effervescent tablet that readily dissolves in plain water, it represents a highly practical approach (simply drop one tablet in your 500 ml water bottle) without the calories to meet your sodium requirements at a specific concentration (30mmol/L). The addition of 75mg of caffeine has been repeatedly shown by sport scientists to improve performance by providing both a physical and mental boost.
To achieve the best performance, Go Hydro tablets are designed to ensure maximum hydration. The water-soluble drinkable tablet meets sodium needs in a specific concentration (30 mmol/L), which has also been scientifically proven to provide significantly better hydration than drinking plain water. You can make a 500ml drink from one tablet, which helps prevent dehydration and muscle cramps.
During moderate to intense exercise, we can produce up to 2L of sweat per hour, depending on environmental conditions. Sodium is the most important electrolyte lost through sweating, and if fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced, dehydration occurs, which is also a major cause of fatigue. If the body is dehydrated, the body temperature rises, the heart rate increases, carbohydrate reserves are depleted more quickly and we perceive the exercise as more intense. Sports scientists have repeatedly shown that supplementing with 75mg of caffeine improves performance by providing both a physical and mental boost. Caffeine can increase the body’s use of fat, effectively saving the use of our limited carbohydrate stores for later use during exercise.
During longer trainings or competitions, consume 500ml of SiS GO Hydro ready drink 3-4 hours before training and 250-500ml immediately before the start. During shorter workouts, where carbohydrate consumption is not important, consume 500ml of drink per hour. Add 1 tablet to 500ml of water, the drink is ready to consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day. For the fastest replenishment of fluid and energy reserves, we recommend using GO Hydro drinking tablets with SiS GO energy gels.
