When should energy bars be preferred over SiS gels?

Since energy bars contain fast-absorbing carbohydrates, the bars are good for consumption between meals and before exercise. During competition, the most commonly used strategy is to consume solid foods such as energy bars during less intense periods, as bars require more blood flow to be absorbed than other energy products.

How often should you eat energy bars during exercise?

If you train for more than 90 minutes, you could consume additional carbohydrates. We recommend taking 1-2 bars per hour, or if you also consume other products, consider about 60g of carbohydrates per hour. For example, 1 SiS GO Energy mini energy bar and 1 SiS GO energy gel with salt are suitable for one hour.

Are GO energy bars gluten-free?

No, GO energy bars are not suitable for gluten intolerance.
