Puls Pancake flour is a great option for making a simple and healthier treat. The protein-rich formula provides a feeling of fullness for a longer time, the oat-based composition contains high-quality egg protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, with no added sugar or wheat.
Mix 50g of pancake flour with 75-100ml of cold water or milk. Fry the pancakes in butter or oil on medium heat until golden brown. One portion makes approx. 4-7 small pancakes.
