PROTEIN PANCAKE MIX protein powder is a pancake mixture with a low lactose and sugar content, from which it is possible to quickly and easily make delicious protein-rich pancakes.
Protein Pancake Mix consists only of natural and nutritious ingredients such as ground oatmeal and almonds.
Protein Pancake Mix contains high-quality proteins that help maintain muscle mass, in addition to omega-3 fatty acids and a lot of fiber.

Product uses
- The protein pancakes are nutritious and delicious and are ideal for breakfast or a snack.
Mix 50g of powder with about 1dl of milk (100g to 2dl etc) using a mixer, blender, or whisk. - Let the dough thicken for a few minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or butter to the pan and pour the dough into the pan about 10cm in diameter pancakes.
- Bake on medium heat for about a minute. Invert the pancakes and allow to cook until golden brown.
- One serving makes an average of three American-style thick pancakes. Use more milk for thinner pancakes.
Storage: at room temperature or cooler, protected from sun and moisture.
