To make the sports drink easier, use SiS sports drink bottles with markers to mark the correct powder level or add 40g of SiS Go electrolyte powder to 500ml of water and mix well. Consume 500ml of the finished drink every 45-60 minutes or as needed. Consume the finished drink within 24 hours.
