Description

Directions for use

Each GO Energy Isotonic gel contains 22 grams of carbohydrates. Depending on your sport or event, you should consume 1-3 gels every hour to achieve 60-90g of carbohydrates per hour. In colder weather, consumption may increase. To consume the gel, tear off the top part of the package and squeeze the contents of the package into your mouth. Combine with other SiS energy supplements to achieve 60-90g of carbohydrate intake per hour.
