Use

1 portion (6 g) 3 times a day – 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (6 g of powder = ½ scoop) to 100 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.

An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young people. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: Olimp R-WEILER contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 portion 6 g, 200 mg/ 2 portions 12 g, 300 mg/ 3 portions 18 g). In addition, the product is not to be used during nursing, pregnancy planning, in case of circulatory system diseases, hypertension or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g.: other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use in conjunction with alcohol. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after the consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health. Permissible sediment and lumping of a product does not affect quality of the product.
