LEADER PERFORMANCE SUPER ELECTROLYTES 360g
Leader Performance Super Electrolytes electrolyte drink powder is an effective rehydrator that restores fluid and salt lost during training and sweating. In addition to key electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride), the product also contains vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. The sodium in the product comes from the famous, natural and mineral-rich Guérande sea salt.

When mixed with water, a fresh drink is created without calories or sugar.

Use

The daily dose is two doses that can be taken during training. One dose of 3 g (1 teaspoon) is mixed with 3 dl of cold water, for example in a shaker or a drinking bottle.

In strength-type training, the drink can be enjoyed on its own or with another drink. During endurance sports performance, the powder can be mixed with a sports drink. Used in connection with training.
