Leader Maltodextrin is designed to supplement the daily amount of carbohydrates for physically active people. Powder is gluten and lactose free and without additives.
During long training: mix a dose of MALTO powder (50 g) in a liter of water and eat a 2.5 dl portion every 15 minutes throughout the training. If necessary, mix in 1-2 g of salt per serving to replace salt lost through sweating.
During gym training: mix a dose (50g) of MALTO powder and Leader whey protein or soy protein powders. Start drinking half an hour before training, drink throughout the training.
